Stock display issues

We're running Sellerdeck Business Plus v. 11.03 MHDB and having stock display issues.

We're syncing with EPOS , EPOS v 3.1.32 NAIA and Epos Link 12.0.1 NAKA
Seems to mainly on products with options associated to them. Stock control on optioned items is on and default settings (Warn =2 Suspend =1)
We having issues where EPOS is showing 0 stock, Sellerdeck is showing 0 stock, Back Ordering is turned off, but website is still showing as "in Stock" and will let you order.
Hence we're getting orders for stock we don't have.

Only happening on some lines and not consistent.

We're out of stock of both sizes, each size is showing 0 in stock on Sellerdeck and defaults are as above. Don't think it's an Epos issue as stock levels are correct.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The stock display uses one of our plug ins, and having had a look at what is happening there is something strange about that particular page in comaprison with the '60s Gigolo' for example, if you want to send over a snapshot I can have a look at it to see why this page is causing a problem.

For anyone else who has a similar problem the fault was caused by the incorrect association of hidden products via a permutation on the main product.

Many of the products have a number of options (small, medium, large etc), so to get individual stock control for the options, each product has a number of hidden products that are associated with the options via the permutation settings. In this specific case the permutations were linked to hidden products relating to a different main product and thus were reporting the wrong stock levels.
