Image pop up and javascript issue.

We have a couple of issues with the our site. http://b2b.4downdistribution.com/

    1. The main, and botttom slideshow on the front page has stopped working? We made no changes to it, and all of a sudden It just decided not to work? The bottom one works sometimes when on other pages than the main page, we have tried total refreshing of the website and it does not seem to fix it.

When you go into the design view of the site though it does say there are javascript errors? Which I thought may be to do with it?

If you go to any product, you will see the high res image pop up does not work. I have looked for work arounds, and it is because we link our data and images into sellerdeck from sage, rather than adding the image from within sellerdeck, it looks for the zoom image in a directory that does not exist.

To break it down, in Photo 2. You can see when we import an image from sage, in the image tab it gives the full local directory (c:\Users\Public\blah blah blah. This then forces the pop up window to look in the same (c:\Users\Public\blah blah blah for the zoom_ version of the image, but obviously that directory does not exist online. If you take all of this out and just use the image file name then upload it works, but every time you do a fresh Sage import, it overwrites it and gives it the long directory again. There is also no way of using the Sage>Sellerdeck link file without linking the image, if you don’t link the image, the product/stock/info does not import!

In photo 1, I can see where the code specifies for the pop up to look for the image name with zoom_ in front of it in the CatalogURL directory, and I imagine this is where it could be rectified? (I have tried, but nothing seems to work!)

To fix this, is there a way of forcing the image pop up to look directly in b2b.4downdistribution.com/acatalog/ rather than using the CatalogUrl ? i have tried replacing CatalogUrl with http://b2b.4owndistribution.com/acatalog/ but that did not work!

For the image upload to work you need to use relative addressing rather than absolute.

As this is coming from Sage then I suspect the best thing to do is change the way the images are addressed in there.

      Thanks for the info,

I will take this and look into it with the people that designed the template we use!
