Cart and Checkout process display of VAT etc.

Hi All - I have a little issue that I could really do with a shove in the right direction.

    I have 2 Sellerdeck V11 shops.

In one when I view the Cart and go through Checkout the prices are shown as follows

    Items £price ex vat
    Subtotal £subtotal ex vat
    Shipping £shipping cost
    VAT £Vat amount
    Total £Total amount inc VAT

Then I have another V11 where it displays as follows

    Items £price inc vat
    Subtotal £subtotal inc vat
    Shipping £shipping cost
    Total £Total amount inc VAT
    Including VAT £Vat figure

We would like both to be as the first example....

I have set for both the preferred invoice format to Tax Inclusive prices on the Order Processing Tab.

Could someone give me a clue please how to have the cart and checkout showing as

    Items £price ex vat
    Subtotal £subtotal ex vat
    Shipping £shipping cost
    VAT £Vat amount
    Total £Total amount inc VAT

    Many thanks.

You have prices rows changed. Check Design Library under Shopping Cart Table and View Cart Page / Checkout Shopping Cart Grid.

        Hi Peblaco,

OK, so, just to be sure, I copied the code in the design library from the good one to the wrong one - for both of the layouts.

        Then uploaded.

        Same issue.

It still have "Including VAT" after the Total ??

So, it must be a setting somewhere.....

        To have

        exVat subtotal
        Vat
        Total

        .........

          Hi Peblaco,

I think I have it sussed - there is one major difference between these two shops - one enters their product prices Ex VAT - and the other inc VAT

And this is set in the TAX business option.

Just tested it and this sorts out the display......

Now to ask the client why they are entering prices inc tax ......
