Product groups

Pre Version V11.04 when making product lists as you moved the product from the right column to the group, they disappeared from the right column , not they stay in both column's

Set up a discount for last month to run all month and end on the last day of the month, then placed a new discount for another product group to start from first of this month for 28 days. Discounts stopped last day of Jan and new one never started

Is is possible that when building your product group that the top dropdown option on the right hand column was set to "All Products" and not "Unassigned Products". This would mean that the list would always show full on the right.

Not too sure about the why another discount didn't trigger within your date range, does this second product group definitely have products in it?

Yes it had products in it

I think you are right about the all products

Will be entering a new discount for next month so will see what happens then, unfortunately its also a weekend end of month so big gap between midnight Friday and having a look on Saturday and going in to sort it out (office not open on weekend)

My cunning employer gave me remote access and a set of keys. Now I have no excuses apparently! Hope it works out alright for you.
