A General Script Error occured

When I try and login at my site I get the following Error using v11 Business Plus

Error: Error opening ../acatalog/http://www.cartridgesonline.co.za/ (No such file or directory)

I can see from the error that the URL is clearly incorrect and assume that there is something incorrect in my Network Setup, but cannot find the problem and it passes the TEST.
I have attached an image of my settings.
I have tried Site refresh, Purge and Refresh, changed Script ID Number, Compresses DB.
The one thing that has changed on my site is my ISP changed their directory structure without telling me. Once I found out I changed my network Settings accordingly and it appeared to work, but I never tested the login.

That all looks fine and is inline with all standard server settings.

I would login to the server via your control panel and check the settings there to see that the file tree looks correct. The ISP may have also set up iffy redirects on the server that may be causing issues - depending on your control panel look for redirects or manually in the .htaccess file in the root of the server for anything that is causing the internal loop

Following on from this, if you add an item to your cart, then go to checkout and login at checkout, it works?

Have you done a full website purge and refresh from the Help > Troubleshooting menu?

Yes, done a complete Website Refresh from Troubleshooting.

Is the basehref code correct in the header?

Still have the problem. I have uploaded an earlier Snapshot and it still has the same problem. Not sure what else to look for.
I think my BaseHref is correct but am not entirely sure how to check it in the system. I have looked at the source code on the Login page and all seems correct there.
The problem only happens as you login.

Finally had time to look at this problem again. Still not found a resolution to it, so any ideas appreciated.

If you go to www.cartridgesonline.co.za and click on login.
Then select "if you don't have an account, click here to start shopping" option.
You are then presented with an error stating

"Not Found The requested URL /acatalog/http://www.cartridgesonline.co.za/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The actual URL is then:-
"http://www.cartridgesonline.co.za/acatalog/http://www.cartridgesonline.co.za/"

which doesn't make sense.

Any ideas appreciated. I have tried looking at BaseHref to no success as I cannot find where they are set.
