Search bar not working - 404 Not Found

Hi

When I put a product in the search bar and click 'go' I just get a 404 Not Found Page. I'm search for 'Green People' in the below examples.

The url appears as thus:

http://www.antwerphousedentalshop.co....pl%3C/span%3E

And the blank page just displays this:

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

I know it should be like this as on another site I have created:
http://www.dentalshop.co.uk/cgi-bin/...TB=A&ACTION=Go!

Can anyone help before I ring up Actinic?

Never mind calling Actinic. Why not fix your own code:

<form name="simplesearch" method="get" action="<span style='color: #333333;'>/cgi-bin/ss000031.pl</span>">

An odd place to put a span style if you ask me.
