Sellerdeck has left my Website in a mess

After they remotely connected and supposed to have solved the problem I now have products in the wrong place and most of the products are now missing and my Website has been left in a right mess hence loss of sales all weekend just what am I paying for support for I thought these people are the experts I am tearing my hair out

I can't see anything shouting at me looking at your site. What was the problem initially and what is the problem now. Do you have specfic links to show the problems?
