Customers currently trying to make purchases from our website are getting the following message when they are redirected to Sellerdeck Payments:
'It has not been possible to determine the supported card schemes
The merchant's card processing account is currently disabled
Payment has not been taken
Please try again later'
We have no idea why this is coming up - the account seems to be fine, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
