    Recovering lost orders

    Hi,

    a v11 user just did a daft thing and we're wondering if there's any way to recover...

    They downloaded some orders, then exited, then restored from backup yesterday's version over the top of the Site1 folder (don't ask why...), then went back in, then realised that they'd lost today's orders!

    They had printed draft invoices for the orders, so they have some paper record and could dispatch the orders. The trouble is, they can't take payment via the desktop tool: is there some other way to take the payment? Presumably there must be a record of the orders at sellerdeck hq?
