you cannot download orders before uploading

Hi folks,

A client who processes orders only on his machine, is getting the error:
"you cannot download orders before uploading the whole site. Please upload your site first"
when he tries to download orders.

I have recently made quite a few changes to the site, including changing hosts and sent my partner a snapshot to import which he did. He now gets this error.

From memory, does he have to upload his version of the site in order to then be able to download orders? Or what is the solution? Id like to avoid him having to do that if possible. Are there options?

Yes he will have to upload this site with the changes you have made before he can download the orders. Can you access his PC remotely and do it for him maybe?
