Problem With V7

Hi

i have installed v7 and everything was working fine untill i installed v8 beta separately.

i tried to upload my store from v7 and it game me an error when is merging on the server

i uninstalled v8 and restarted and and tried again but got the same error message.

also i noticed that my v7 is "hanging" slightly now straight after the upload form appears.

the error says "an error occured while sending the merge request"

any explanation for this?

Just checked my V7 and it uploaded ok over the V8 site that was there. It may just be the usual merge error problem - try a refresh

i just did a purge and refresh but the problem still persists.

i am thinking of un-installing v7 completely and then re-installing it

any other possible solutions?

Just checked my V7 refresh and it has not worked correctly -css problems.

As for your problem all I can suggest is restarting Actinic, making sure you have the homepage selected and trying again.

I found my problem

i activated yesterday a redirection in my domain administration section

Can somebody help me with this?

i need the redirection as i want the customers to go into the shop straight away but my actinic will not upload with the redirection

Do you get any error message when you try to upload the site?
Also, could you please specify the website URL?
