Comment Section in Payment History

Hi!

When receiving customer orders in PayPal with version 7, you were not able to add a comment in the Payment History section.

Has version 8 corrected this?

It's nice to be able to write a thank you in this space to my customers.

There's been no change in this area with v8, so I guess this is a wishlist item. I will pass your request onto the developers.
