Trade Discounts

I'm trying to figure out how to set up a trade discount of varying rates. For instance, products in group A get a 50% discount, those in group B get 40%, group C 10% and so on.

I can see how to apply a fixed discount across all products but this isn't what I'm trying to achieve.

We have some 6,000 odd products so manually changing the prices isn't really an option.

Could some kind soul point me in the right direction?

I hate to be the one to break the bad news to you, but unfortunately there is no way to automate this feature in v7 or v8. The only way to get different levels of discount within the same customer group is to edit prices manually.

If you are using Sage Line 50, with Actinic Link for Sage, these kinds of discounts can be set up in Sage and then transferred to Actinic. But just doing this in Actinic means manually editing prices.
