Could you update me please?

Will the Mole End 'OSA' System, DrillPine (Norman) currency converter and image rotation for components work with V8 or are updates still in process from these providers?

PS - Out of interest I've had a dropship module written to automate multi location emails based upon product location i.e. supplier, it works a wee treat!

Missed this sorry, yes, all mole end plugins work with V8, some have been included in the main Actinic product and so will not be upgraded (not OSA though)

Some Drillpine patches will work with little changes. For these I will supply upgrade instructions but only to those who've honoured the "Donationware" system.

Some require substantial rewriting to take advantage off the V8 way. Instead of using client-side JavaScript I'm trying to use Actinics built-in page generation PHP to do as much of the work as possible. In these cases they're really new patches and so will require a paid for upgrade (but only to those who've honoured the "Donationware" system) or be fully licensed.

As some of you are aware I have been "harping" on for years about a dropship module for Actinic, this was commissioned earlier in the year and has been tested two of our own sites for the past six months...

It works, de-bugged and is operational with V8.

In summary we use Mole End OSA to download orders and then this system kicks in to create emails for every supplier of every product, which are grouped by product and consolidated, of course for each individual order / delivery address. The result is a hands free operation at preset times for all approved orders i.e. PSP approved or on account (Business Only) so you could theoretically drop ship from multiple houses including your own, just so long as your PC is connected and online with no interaction by the operator.

Questions : Would this module be of any commercial interest to any other users out there and would you prefer to pay a monthly recurring licence with support OR a one time licence etc., in other words how do you want it Sir?

We may never release the module but we could if enough users would use it making our efforts viable, so let us know...
