Understanding InnerLayout

Hi,

I was under the impression that the InnerLayout would be different for each 'theme' I use, for example, I have a standard theme I am using for my site and have edited the layout for that. However, I then copied that theme for another page (FAQ) which has a different innerlayout style. I edited the InnerLayout and it changed it for both my themes.

I think I have the wrong end of the stick, and can not see what I need to do to fix it.

Ignore me, just found "Layout > Fragment > Fragment Layout". I will go off and experiment now.
