linking Actinic to suitable accounts package

    Hello,

I have been using Actinic (V7) for 3 years now and we have a good sustainable business which is just about to tip the £200,000 turnover barrier. We are wholly internet based. Up till now we have been able to guess stock levels and from memory predict what is required. This is no longer possible because we have over 1500 diferent lines and I have to implement stock control and link it to a good accounts package. We have been using quick books (basic package) and would like advice as to which accounts package is the best to go for (either quick books or sage) Could any one advise which works best or is most compatable with Actinic? We are also about to upgrade Actinic to business possibly developer. I look forward to hearing from anyone who has experience in this area.

    Regards

    Martin

Sage seems to be the way to go for the accounts package.

There are several threads on hte v8 forum regarding upgrading to v8 from v7 - worth checking them out as this is a big concern for many existing users
