We had our site designed about a year ago and I recall at the time when we added the design the software wouldn't open, the designers instructed us to install the USA version of the software...
The fault then and now is that when you try and open Actinic a message dialogue box reading "Actinic was unable to find a library. Check that the file C:\Program Files\Actinic v8\ActUPS.ocx exists." which I assume is some shipping control ActiveX component for the US version.
Without losing my templates how do I revert this once and for all that the site design is not looking for this library, or indeed install it just to get a fix?
