subsection array dissappeared with v8 upgrade

Hi,

can anyone help with this....my site was finished when i upgraded it to V8 after which the subsection array has now dissappeared...all the code is on the page and in V8's design tree it notes on the page there is a "JavaScriptSubSectionArray" but it dosent display it

does anyone know if there are any differences on v7 to v8 which would stop this working?
