LISTING SIMILAR ITEMS Ref STOCK + ORDER

Hi there

I'ma real newbie, in at the deep end with Version 8. So many features, so little time!

If I want to list 8 items at the same price, with the variance being size, can I have stock levels reported for each item and is there a simple (is anything ever simple?) method of organising the items so they can be added to cart by the purchaser?

Apologies if the above is really simple and has been answered elsewhere, but I can see no reference to the 'problem. Also if you take time out to answer, please make the explanatio simple.

I think you are asking about listing a product with components/attributes/choices ie you have a teeshirt which you will sell for £5, and the customer chooses if he wants xs,s,m ,l etcetc

if so you have to also create a hidden product for each variant and allocate the stock control to the hidden item
