Buy from Actinic or 3rd Party?

What are the pros/cons of Actinic or a 3rd Party supplying us Actinic? Any recommendations?

If you buy from actinic then they get all of the purchase price.
If you buy from a third party you may get a discount.

The software and license are the same.
