Gift Vouchers - No Fixed Values

Fingers crossed someone can help me

I am currently setting up a new shop within Catalog V8. We want to be able to sell gift vouchers - however, our vouchers are for customer-requestable amounts, ie not standard £5, £10, £20 etc. Is there an option to have a customer-definable cost for this?

The way I see that happenig is if you create a Voucher with a value of £1.00 and use the quantity to determine the value they require.
