Drop Down Shipping Not Working on V7 Upgrade

Hello

I have just upgraded a V7 Developer install with V8 Multi Site Business.

The problem I have is that the drop down shipping options are no longer shown on checkout.

Our shipping is done by number of items.

Can anyone help ??
