    Actinic Link on v8

    I've moved our install to a new PC all working ok Actinic Catalogue...

    However the LINK to Line 50 Sage will not connect over the network, I have mapped the folder and can see the ACCDATA file but when I click "connect to Sage" the following error is reported.

    Can not connect to Sage Database. Write access to directory z:\Accounts\ACCDATA\ failed: Path not found

    Navigating by Explorer I can see the files...

    Any ideas?

    As far as I'm aware the link functionality still works the same way in version 8 too. So you should be able to connect to a Sage database that is located on another PC on the same network. And it will work as long as the mapping is correct. So all I can suggest is that you recheck the settings again.

    If the problem persists please let me know and I'll get it checked or see what happens when I try a similar setup
