Yup, just checked this end (Kev was doing an upload)

We are working on the talkback section as it is critically slow (phpbb2 for ya ) apart from that it is free of work.

OK - must be me as can't connect to your site either! I do have some issues with some servers not being accessible - will try again tonight from another location.

not as yet, but once we update using the maintenance version we shall included a php file to configure the count offline prior to upload.
