I am importing a spreadsheet into Actinic. Now the client has all the products listed except the image names. The image names are the same as the product reference which is listed. The problem I would like to solve is how to paste all the product reference names into the image field with the prefix .jpg with the click of a mouse. I don't want to have to copy and paste each item individually as there are over 7000 products.

Is there a function that I can type in and then paste? I am pretty much inexperienced with Excel.

Do a help search in Excel for "concatenate" ... joining info together to create a new entry

Hi

Use the cocantenate formula. This will allow you to set the text parameters and drag it down to the end of the sheet.

This will pull the image ref across for you.
