Address Details

On a brochure page, I have created a table. In that area I am trying to capture the persons details such as address info.

Do I have to create a form in Dreamweaver to capture details? Or can I use a variable like <actinic:variable name="DeliveryFieldsVisible" />
I have tried the Variable, but when I preview the page in the browser I can not see any of the fields.
Where am I going wrong?

if I were doing this I'd create the form on DW and then paste all the code into actinic.

Others may have a better method

Creating a form in DW is going to be the quickest (and hair saving) way to create the code you need
