    Stock control monitering

    My problem is the with the stock control because actinic doesn’t monitor it ,customers can order more stock then we have. Is there anyway to link, our estimate stock level to our maximum quantity as a work around it.

    i've check out mole-end.biz and not found a solution

    Do you have 'enable backordering' checked?

    You can also show the stock levels using the AUG?

      One Stop Automation might help, it has an option to copy the number in stock to the maximum quantity to buy, then users will not be able to purchase more than you have. It will still be possible for several users to buy the maximum in the time you leave between runs, so not perfect but about as good as you can get ATM.
