Has anyone had this problem? I've gone thru the process of importing a hierarchical file in V8. The .csv file was created by V7. Generally the data is fine, except instead of a return/line break being displayed in product/fragment descriptions I have a "/n" character.
Any solutions/advice on what I may be doing wrong?
This is the second site import that this has occurred. On the first site I had to open the CSV in Excel, copy the text to Word, do a find/replace substituting /n for ^p (the Word character for a new line) and then paste it back into the .mdb file because any editing to the csv caused an error. It took 2 days for approx 7100 records. I'd rather not have to do this again.
