Yet Another Version 8.0.2 Problesm

After Upgrading from version 8.0.X to Version 8.0.2 we still have the same problem with our javascrip not work, also we have been trying to edit the templates external of actinic to try to get to the bottom of the problem and we found we saved them and gone back in to actinic and the templates have not changed, but dreameaver says it saved OK!

what the hell going on!
