How do I achieve price in ascending order, i.e lowest price first?

There is no automatic way to sort by price using Actinic, you can drag and drop products within a section though to list in price order.
We have a plugin to do this as well, it is called Catalog Sorting Tool, you can find more details and a free trial here,
