In Actinic V8, can u display a mini cart of added items on all pages?

Basic cart totals in qty and price can be shown on all pages, but mini listing is not standard although some have used a solution for v7 to show this type of things which involves amending perl scripts and the like I believe, so maybe they might be considering redoing this for there v8 sites (maybe), but not standard in v8.
