Select Invoice Location

I was trying to move some elements of the checkout page0 around earlier on, I also deleted USA as a location.

Somehow now when I upload my store, on the page where you would usually select your country from a dropdown list it just says "none of the above" and you cannot proceed any further.

Would anyone know why this is and more importantly how to fix it?

What countries do you have tax and shipping set up for? Those are the countries that should appear in the list - if there are none set up, then none is what will show.
