Registering a design with Dreamweaver.

Hi all,

I'm editing "PreviewHTML/P_index.html" in Dreamweaver and have made changes to columns etc.

I now need to register it with dreamweaver.

Can I register it without affecting the whole site - I've registered a site before and I'm not sure where I went wrong, but all the pages became P_index.

OR, do I export the CSS to implementthe layout changes(?)

Any help would me much appreciated.

Simon - I suggest you save your edited P_index.html in a completely different location - otherwise it will be overwritten by Actinic's preview mechanism all the time.

It's also an idea to save the file it in a folder where all the images for the page are in the same folder - as this will mean it works reliably online. You may need to change the image references in the file remove any path information.

Finally, if you don't want the file used everywhere in the site, then when you register it, select something other than 'All Page Types'.
