Does anyone know how to add a printer friendly receipt page (ie a link on the receipt page that gives the customer the option to print out just their order details without all the page graphics, menus etc)?

The receipt page should be printer friendly by default in v8.
Could I ask you to check that it is using the correct layout? To do this:
Go to 'Design | Library | Layouts' and go down to 'Web Page Outer Layouts'
Double-click on the 'ReceiptPageLayout' layout selector
Ensure that both 'Intitial Value' and 'Top Level Value' (towards the bottom) are both set to 'Receipt Page Layout'. -
I was using a custom design for the receipt page but have now set both values to Receipt Page Layout although it hasn't made any difference in the preview pane.
I'll need to wait until I get a new snapshot from the client before I can see whether it looks any different when it has been uploaded.
I'll let you know later on.

Also check the 'Receipt Page Layout' field in 'Settings | Site Options | Layout' is set correctly.Comment
