You have elected to only accept orders from locations specified in Shipping zones

I'm upgrading my site to v8 from v7.
When i try to use the 'offline view' for the site i get the error in the attaced txt file.
I've looked in the business settings 'Tax' and 'Shipping & Handling' but can't find what wrong.

Can anyone help out?

The easiest way to fix this would be to go to 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' and then in the 'If shipping band not defined' area at the bottom left, change it from 'Do not allow shipping' to 'Use default charge'.

Alternatively, you could set up a class of shipping to calculating postage for all those EU countries that are listed in 'Business Settings | Tax' in the 'EU Tax Zone'.

That seems to be in version 7 but not 8.

The two places I mentioned are identical in v7 and v8. What are you looking for that you are having trouble finding?
