Footer Link Edit

Apologies if this is easy but I am a new user.

How can I change the link text without entering the HTML? For example in the page footer I am trying to change the "Terms & Conds" link to "Terms & Conditions".

I have edited the Inital Value and Top Level Value of the variable "Info Text". But this does not seem to make any difference.

Is this even possible?

You can change this from Settings | Site Options | Links, Description of Info Icon
