Stupid Question

I am just about to upgrade my v7 site to v8 but am not sure which option to take on the disc, do i click

Install v8

or

Upgrade v7 Intsallation

Sorry for being dumb, but I just don't know

I would install V8 then do upgrades to you site seperately
