6 Products Per Page With Next Button

Hi,
I am doing a site at the moment for someone and wondered how you go about putting six products on a page with a next button to view the next 6? I have got 3 columns so would like to have the 6 displayed in 2 rows with a next button say in the bottom right hand corner? Is this possible and if so how?
