    snapshot html files ???

I have just done a snap shot of my site for the customer and sent it to her during the import everything went fine and we got the message of a successful import. But when it was done nothing showed up??

So I went back to my site created a new snap shot and then a new site and imported the snapshot this time it worked but none of the images that are in the style sheet where there. I then went to look at the style sheet in themes.css and it had removed all my css.??

So I have now attached a new (additional) style sheet to the template and added it to additional files, redone the new site and imported the snapshot, and still nothing it does not bring in the css . So then i went back to dreamweaver and created a new site to where the new actinic site was made, and low and behold all the html files have been moved down into another folder called SiteHTML why does it do this as now none of the ccs is relative to the site and there is no way the customer is going to know what to do let alone even know what css is .

Am i missing something here during the snapshot ??

Any help would be great thanks

A little trick is to make sure that all the images references within a stylesheet have single quotes around them. This will ensure Actinic finds them and adds them to the snapshot.
and low and behold all the html files have been moved down into another folder called SiteHTML
SIteHTML is the name of the folder that Actinic generates all the web pages into before it uploads them. It is just a temporary file. All your HTML you customised will be in the Actinic database.

I hope that helps clear up a couple of things - but that doesn't change the fact that the snapshot should just work without all this kerfuffle. Without seeing the snapshot, or your design, I am a bit stuck. I think you need to take this up with a support technician via http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm
