VAT on Selectable Options

Am I right in thinking that 'Component Layout With Selectable Options' shows the option net of VAT?

If it does I would rather it showed it inc VAT as the main product price. Can I change this somewhere?

Indeed would I not be correct in thinking, as we are retailing to the public, that we are required to display prices inclusive of VAT?

Without testing does VAT still get treated correctly at the checkout, i.e. included for VAT zones and excluded for non VAT zones?

The tax in the cart/checkout is unaffected. It only affects the appearance of the price in the drop down list.
