Import Duplicates

I have managed to import duplicates (after some trial and error) using flat file import. The icons look fine and are in the right positions and have the correct product codes however when I click "Go To Original" nothing happens. The original does exist...

Any ideas what's going on here?

Two columns need to be in your flat file to control this - "Detail URL or file" and "Detail link text", and of course they need to be populated.
