Crashing

I've started to get multiple crashes. First time was trying to upload, Catalog crashed on "Checking HTML pages" after the fourth section. It also now crashes on simply clicking on some sections and running "Check coding errors".

The errors have all been in the form:

"The instruction at "0x494d4148" referenced memory at "0x494d4148". The memory could not be "read"

I'm on Win XP Pro using the latest version of Actinic (trial).

Has anyone else had problems like this?

Crashes have been reported for certain actions including jumping around the design tabs and the like.

You might want to go into housekeeping and purge the catalog to get rid of stuff you have assigned as deleted (red cross) so that get removed fully and then do a compact database and see how that works.

Thanks. I tried purging and compacting and it did no good. In the end I was able to delete the offending sections by switching off the page preview pane.
