2 Different Home Pages

Hi

I'm using V8 Actinic 8.02 and have a website www.rayitson.com

if you click the home button, you see a different page. Why is there 2 different home pages? I want to make http://www.rayitson.com/index.html the home page but if you go on www.rayitson.com, it takes you to another home page which is not anywhere in my actinic pages directory. I purge and refresh but it hasn't seemed to solve the problem.

Looks the same here, so assume you solved this one, which if the other page was nothing to do with the Actinic design you are working on, then maybe the default holding page or something in there from the host, so maybe an index.htm which had priority of index.html maybe?

What's happening now is when i make a change to the home page and upload it, it is not taking affect on the actual website. I've deleted the Trade picture in the design and have done a complete purge and refresh but its still appearing in the web browser when i click www.rayitson.com and refresh the page. If you go on www.rayitson.com on your web browser do you still see the trade picture?

You might have cached info in your browser, as they are gone from my view.

When you make changes to the site online and you still see the old stuff, then with the page on show in your browser, press the F5 key on your keyboard to force a refresh of your cache and that should then solve it and you see the new...
