Checking Out Problem?

In the Checkout, we have removed all countries available for delivery from the drop down list apart from the United Kingdom.

But for some reason, when we select United Kingdom and click "next", an error appears saying "Please select a country".

Any Ideas?

Do you have tax and shipping specified for the United Kingdom zone in Settings | Business Settings?

Yeah, I've tried it on Advanced and on Simple, but it still seems to do the same thing?

Any Ideas?
