Frameset in V8

Hi,

V8 doesn't seem to have frameset or support framesets. At the moment, my site is in pearshape. Please correct me if I am wrong about V8 on frameset. How does V8 handle frameset which was used in V7 ?

I took snapshot from v7 and import to v8 ? Is this bad ???? or there are better ways to do it ?

Is there some setting that I should set or do I have to restart my design from scratch ?

Its a matter of opinion at the moment, but i think most of us agree that starting with a brand new clean design is possibly the best way forward as the upgrade process can create more work, than creating the site from scratch and changing the relevant parts.

A huge advantage in your case is to get rid of frames also, which i would strongly recommend.

Agreed, all te framed themes were removed.

Frames are bad news, and will tangle you up in knots thus its best to take the step away from them now.
