Add To Cart Not Working

Has anyone had an "add to cart" problem. My site has stopped "adding to cart" (rather inconvenient for a shop site really!). I have checked the generated local files and also the uploaded files using an external FTP programme. I've not received an error message from Actinic when I've done a pre-check. Anyone andy ideas please?
