Retrieving Order - Error

I received an email from actinic letting me know that i have an order to download. when i tried to download the order i got the error attached.

I have only just set up protx and it is in test mode, will this be the problem?

Have you configured protx correctly, you need to get protx made live and then made a couple of changes to the Actinic scripts to get it going.
