Sites greyed out in Designer

I am playing with my new V8 Designer but if I try and create a new site using the Sites option it is greyed out.

How do I liscense new sites in Desgner? In developer I could just go to Sites and choose name a new site has this changed?

The evluation version will not allow you to license new sites.

Edit - I may have misread your post. I thought you were evaluating. Sorry if you're not - can't answer your question - hopefully someone else can...

I would try uninstaling V8 and then reinstaling the latest version.
