Problems with Choices appearing at Checkout stage

Hello,

Apologies if I'm asking something ridiculously obvious here, but I'm very new to Actinic.

I'm trying to create a list of Choices in a product that need to appear at the checkout stage and in the recevied orders section, but I'm really struggling to get them to appear.

The drop-down lists are on the pages, it's just getting the choices to appear when a product is added to the basket.

I've been through the Actinic help, and I'm sure I've done everything right, but am I missing something very obvious here?

Hi Owen

Choices should always appear in the shopping cart and in the order. How are you creating them? You are right-clicking and selecting new attribute/new choice aren't you?

Can we see a URL? It may help to diagnose the problem.
