How can I check the countries in each shipping zone?

I've been allocating countries to shipping zones, but now I want to double check that all the countries are in the right zones, but I can't see how to see this info. Could someone help please. (I've searched the forum but haven't found an naswer to this.)

You can double-click on a zone in 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' to see the coutries that are within it. Is this what you are after?
